ZEZEH BRAZIL Samba School is dedicated to bringing the great beauty, diversity and vibrancy of Brazilian culture to the United States. Performing a number of styles of Brazilian dance - from traditional samba de roda movements of Bahia to the afro-influenced pulsing samba reggae rhythms of Pelorinho to the intoxicating carnival batucada styles of Rio de Janeiro - with its performances ZEZEH BRAZIL Samba School takes you on a whirlwind tour of the magnificent country that is Brazil.

ZEZEH BRAZIL Samba School has been performing in the DC metro area over the past few years appearing in various festivals, workshops, cultural, university, embassy and corporate events. The Samba School has also appeared on DC's Telemundo TV channel and has been featured in various local newspapers and magazines. 

ZEZEH BRAZIL Samba School brings together musicians, dancers, artists, cultural enthusiasts and the curious to share the culture and spirit of Brazil, to learn from one another and to promote cross-cultural understanding.
